She has also provided support to individuals facing physical and mental health challenges in India and worked with teachers and orphans in Malawi. This rich experience further enriches her holistic counseling approach. Trista specializes in guiding individuals through the healing process for trauma, mental health issues, and grief, with the ultimate goal of helping them regain momentum and lead meaningful, thriving lives. She is equally adept at navigating challenges in family, marriage, and parenting by delving into individuals’ personal and family members’ growth journeys and considering the influences stemming from their respective family backgrounds. This process fosters self-reflection and leads to subtle enhancements in their family, marital, and parent-child relationships.

With Trista as your guide, you will find a compassionate and skilled ally to help you overcome life’s hurdles and enhance your overall well-being.
